Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SizeFit mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

SizeFit is an iOS application that allows users to compress and optimize images directly on their device. All image processing is performed locally on the device. SizeFit does not require user accounts and does not upload user images to any server.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction. The App is intended for general audiences and does not contain age-restricted content.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

4.1 Premium Features

SizeFit offers optional paid plans (Weekly, Annual, and Lifetime) that unlock premium features, including but not limited to:

• Removal of advertisements
• Batch image compression
• Advanced compression controls

4.2 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time, non-consumable purchases.

4.3 Cancellation

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertisements. Advertisements are completely removed for users with an active premium entitlement.

6. User Content

All images processed in the App remain on your device. You retain full ownership and responsibility for your content. The App does not claim any ownership rights over your images.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App
• Circumvent any access controls or limitations

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
